Umpqua Regional Housing Center (URHC) is a one stop shop for all of your homeownership needs. Our staff can provide you with the education, support, and the know how to get you into a home of your own! A call to URHC will put you in touch with a number of resources, such as:

Homebuyer Programs: Get the low down on down payment and closing costs assistance and affordable loan products.

Classes: Browse the schedule of classes and register online for several available educational opportunities.

Foreclosure Prevention: Find out what options are available if you are in foreclosure, make an appointment with a default counselor, or hear tips on how to avoid foreclosure from happening to you.

Home Repair Loans: See before and after photos, find out how to get involved, and get on the waiting list.

Dream$avers: Learn about this unique opportunity to earn 300% interest on your money.  Find out how to build assets and develop good savings habits for adults and for youth.

Vivian Young dreamed of buying a home for a very long time.  With the help of the Hayden Giving Fund, she was able to get a brand new home with a zero percent interest rate. She was also enrolled in the Dream$avers program which covered her closing costs and down payment.
